Quilibrium ($QUIL)
Quilibrium has no mining pools by design: QUIL is earned by running nodes that do useful work for the network. Start with Quilibrium 101 or the Quil hub.
Picking a pool
Fee is not the whole story: compare payout scheme, minimum payout, and whether the pool actually finds the blocks it claims. We wrote up the variance math that makes pools worth it in the first place.
